Terms of Service
Last updated June 13, 2026
These terms cover your use of Almanack. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Almanack.
The service
Almanack is a capture and recall assistant. You dump a thought, the AI organizes it, and you ask your own memory questions later. We may add, change, or remove features as the product grows.
Your account
You need an account to use Almanack, and you must be at least 16. Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Your content
What you capture is yours. You keep ownership of your notes and files. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, process, and show your content back to you, including sending it to our AI provider to organize it and answer your questions.
You are responsible for what you capture. Do not put content into Almanack that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or that you do not have permission to store.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload, or reverse engineer it, no scraping other users' data, and no using Almanack to violate the law or harm others.
Subscriptions and billing
Some features are part of a paid plan. Subscriptions purchased on mobile are billed through the app store and managed by your store account, per their terms. You can view your plan status in the app.
AI output
Almanack uses AI to organize notes and answer questions. Output can be incomplete or wrong, and it is not professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. Check anything important before you rely on it.
Availability
We work to keep Almanack running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error free. We may suspend the service for maintenance or to protect the system.
Disclaimers and liability
Almanack is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost data beyond what you can recover from your own exports. Export your data regularly if it matters to you.
Termination
You can stop using Almanack and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. On deletion, your data is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will revise the date above when we do, and continued use means you accept the new terms.
